Introduction to SUP 101
This will be a truly transforming experience. Rent a board, bring your own board/anchor or choose the beach option. We will align the chakras using the corresponding sound bath to each chakra and travel from the root to the crown and crown back to root. Corresponding yoga poses are offered however savasana is an option at all times!
