SUP Yoga for Beginners

Enjoy an easy, grounding yoga class, with paddleboard anchored, soaking up the surroundings.

Introduction to SUP 101

Come experience nature like never before. This class provides board overview, stroke skills and balance practice and is a combination of beginner yoga poses and meditation. We take a short paddle to our anchor site where we hook the boards to an anchor line and toss your paddle! The 45 minute yoga class is taught by experienced yoga instructors that are SUP yoga certified.  This experience will skyrocket your comfort level with balancing on the board, increase confidence and yes, feel grounded while gently floating.  Locations may vary depending on weather conditions and are in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Our primary launch location is Virginia Beach near the Lesner Bridge. Details provided upon registration.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available for cancellations 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations after 48 hours. If we have to cancel the event for reasons beyond our control there will be a full refund. Check our calendar and pick a new date!
