Salt Pool Sound Bath
This is part 2 of our magical Saturday morning. Each participant receives a pool hammock float that supports the body, arms and head for the salt based pool. Float in the pool hammock to the melodic sounds of sound bath artist Joan Pleasants from Collective Yoga Studio. Joan is a yoga teacher and sound practitioner. Her work creates supportive spaces for slowing down, self-awareness, fostering emotional well-being and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body and heart.
