Introduction to SUP 101
Owl's Creek offers a short paddle to the ocean to watch the sun rise. It is a very powerful connection with nature. Set your day off right with an early morning SUP. Optional stop at Big Sam's time permitting. Every FloatandFlowVA class has a PaddleFit Certified coach that ensures all paddlers launch and land safety, maintains a first aid kit and provides coaching tips. The $10 Bring Your Own Board (BYOB) fee is a complementary tip for event coordination and guidance.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available for cancellations 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations after 48 hours. If we have to cancel the event for reasons beyond our control there will be a full refund. Check our calendar and pick a new date!
